Job Summary:

Beverage Wholesaler is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager within our organization for the Augusta, GA market. The District Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful operation of driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong strategic planning, and sales skills. Must have experience in the beverage and/or wholesale industry.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.

- Supervise and manage sales reps, providing guidance and support to ensure sales excellence, growth and profitability.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvement initiatives

- Conduct regular ride withs to assess performance, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Lead strategic planning efforts to drive growth and expand market presence

- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of the sales team.

Experience:

- Proven experience as a District Manager or similar role in the beverage and/or wholesale industry.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams - Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets

- Excellent business acumen with a focus on strategic planning and execution

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Skills:

- Process improvement: Ability to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement effective solutions

- Leadership: Ability to lead a team, set clear goals, provide guidance, and inspire high performance

- Business development: Strong ability to identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and drive growth

- Supervising: Experience in supervising teams, providing feedback, coaching, and performance management

- Strategic planning: Proficient in developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives

- Sales: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets
